The South Philadelphia Taproom was one of LPMG's first commercial property projects.  The place was transformed by LPMG, from a dilapidated nuisance corner property to a thriving business. 

The Newbold neighborhood was barely born when SPTR's doors opened in 2003.  Since then it's become a staple for South Philly cuisine, the first of its kind south of Washington Avenue.
