Formerly the Wander Inn, 1801 Federal Street was revitalized by LPMG Companies to create the first sit-down gastro pub restaurant in Point Breeze, Philadelphia; American Sardine Bar.  The site is nearly 1.5 miles south of Center City, with easy access for residents biking, walking, driving or using public transportation.  LPMG kept the integrity of the original establishment by refurbishing some existing structure and interior components.  The upgrades include re-used LaSalle dorm room mirrors, stools and booths from the 1950's and more.
